Scarsystem®™ forms a wafer-thin polymer film that dries in seconds and acts as a chemical, physical and bacterial protective barrier without drying out the tissue. These optimal physiological conditions normalise the production of connective tissue in the scar and effectively prevent the formation of hypertrophic or keloid scars. As a complete protective barrier, the thin polymer film of Scarsystem®™ is also completely impermeable to water. Patented nano-encapsulated tocopherols Vesisorb®™ and Equol®™ are constantly delivered to the skin throughout the treatment period, moisturising and anti-inflammatory. Scarsystem®™ also contains UVA and UVB sun protection factor of 50 SPF with high levels of UVA. This not only prevents burns, but also optical discolouration of the scar, which is particularly important on highly visible areas such as the face, hands or décolleté. This patented SPF (Cicagard®™) offers 100% protection for more than 12 hours. The system also contains a roller to massage the scar and optimise blood circulation and healing.  

 

 

 

Alcohol Acrylates/Octylacrylamide Copolymer, Diethylamino Hydroxybenzoyl Hexyl Benzoate, Octocrylene, Isoamyl p-Methoxy-cinnamate, PEG-8 Caprylic/Capric Glycerides, Lecithin, Caplylic/Capric Triglyceride, Laneth-20, Tocopheryl Acetate, Equol Tocopherol is the chemical name for vitamin E and has a proven antioxidant and moisturising effect on the skin, promotes cell regeneration and strengthens its natural barrier. Equol belongs to the group of phyto-oestrogens, which act on the same receptors as our body’s own oestrogens, but do not trigger their side effects. In the skin, they stimulate the body’s own collagen and elastin production, thus smoothing the skin structure from the inside out.  

Can be used for all scars after wound closure – acne scars – burn scars – surgical scars – cuts and other injuries  The treatment is carried out once a day. 1. place the cryo-roller in the freezer for about an hour before treatment 2. massage the scar with the cooled cryo-roller for one minute before applying the scar gel 3. apply the Scarsystem®™ scar gel using the roll-on technology. Roll over the scar once or twice without applying pressure. It is important that you do not touch the gel until it is completely dry (about 20 seconds)!
