We ship with our service partner DHL as standard. This means you benefit from fast delivery times, the option of Packstation delivery and seamless online tracking.
Parcels are delivered by DHL from Monday to Friday and on Saturdays. If the DHL parcel deliverer does not find anyone on the first delivery attempt, he will leave a notification card stating that the parcel can be picked up at the nearest post office.

Import duties (customs duties) may be incurred for deliveries of goods outside the EU. We do not cover these customs costs.

Shipping times:
As soon as your order is ready for delivery, it will be dispatched immediately.
We will inform you of the parcel number of the delivery by e-mail when it is handed over to DHL.
