We ship with our service partner DHL as standard. You benefit from fast delivery times, the option of Packstation delivery and seamless online tracking.
Parcels are delivered by DHL from Monday to Friday and on Saturdays. If the DHL parcel deliverer does not find anyone on the first delivery attempt, he will leave a notification card stating that the parcel can be picked up at the nearest post office.
Shipping costs within Germany:
We ship free of charge within Germany.
Shipping costs within the EU:
For shipping abroad we charge per order:
6,95 EUR per order.
Shipping costs to countries outside the EU:
We charge per order for shipping outside the EU:
9,95 EUR per order.
Import duties (customs duties) may be incurred for deliveries of goods outside the EU. We do not cover these customs costs.
The shipping costs are clearly indicated on the product pages, in the shopping cart system and on the order page.
Delivery times:
As soon as your order is ready for delivery, it will be dispatched immediately.
We will inform you of the parcel number of the delivery by e-mail when it is handed over to DHL.
